Payment

Once the booking has been organised you will be invoiced via email.

Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving the invoice to secure your activities.

Cancellations

• All prices are quoted and charged in NZ Dollars.
• All cancellations will incur a 10% booking handling fee.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival incur a 20% fee.
• Cancellation made 72 hours before arrival date may incur a 50% charge.
• Cancellation made within 24 hours before arrival may incur a 100% charge.
• No refunds on early departure of destination.
